• Maintaining Sterility: Highly reliable welding systems that guarantee a total microbial barrier, essential for post-packaging sterilization processes (ETO, Gamma or Beta rays).
• Compatibility with Special Materials: Validation of processes for the use of medical plastic films, aluminum laminates and special papers (Tyvek®), ensuring constant easy-peel without the release of fibers.
• Traceability and Validation: Integration of vision, coding and laser marking systems for the full traceability of each lot, facilitating compliance with regulations ISO 11607 and MDR.
• Design for Clinical Safety: Creation of custom-made rigid blisters that securely lock the device, protecting delicate parts (e.g. needles or tips) and facilitating aseptic extraction by the healthcare professional.
• Sanitisability and Hygiene: Machines built entirely of stainless steel with “easy-to-clean” surfaces, designed to minimize the deposit of particulate matter and facilitate decontamination procedures.
